Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and recordkeeping
- Support onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance
- Coordinate office supplies, forms, and administrative materials
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee communications
- Support HR with attendance tracking, new hire documentation, and compliance records
- Process and distribute internal reports and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Provide general administrative support to plant leadership and office staff
Qualifications / Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or administrative certification preferred but not required
- 5–7 years of administrative experience preferred
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
