If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a rewarding role, let's start your application today and build a successful career together.Responsibilities:Verify ownership, legal descriptions, and restrictions by analyzing liens, maps, public records, leases, plat books, agreements, surveys, and contractsPrepare closing statements after reviewing all closing documents to ensure all title commitments have been met, issue title policy, and transfer title to the new ownerRecord all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new owners Check for real estate title defects after conducting property search for title issues such as liens, claims, deeds, wills, mortgages, or fraudQualifications:Prefer process-driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals.About CompanyBrennan Title Company was founded in 1991 by John M.
