A Jacksonville Law firm looking to hire a friendly professional, focused and motivated individual as a temporary File Clerk a few days a week. This position is also open for a spring break and/or summer position. Hours vary upon availability.
Summary:
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Job Duties:
- Filing and Scanning of miscellaneous documents.
- Various administrative duties.
- Maintains safe and clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
