Superintendent | greater Twin cities, MN
We are looking for experienced candidates who love a job well done. They seek to solve problems and build relationships to build excellent projects. We are accepting applications for superintendents. The position includes competitive wages, full benefits, profit sharing, and company truck.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Controlling project schedule
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Managing/supervising Brennan employees and subcontractors
- Keeping the Project Manager informed on all issues or job site questions
- Attending recurring Owner, Architect, and Subcontractor meetings
- Limited general-purpose carpentry work
