Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative
Salary: $50,000-$65,000 Base Commission | 401(k) Match | Profit Sharing | PTO

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Cross-sell insurance products to current policyholders.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies.
- Partner with licensed agents to identify Life Insurance opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Overcome objections and educate customers on coverage options.
- Support agency growth through community involvement and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License (must have or be able to obtain)
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized with strong multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$65,000 Base Salary (based on experience)
