Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor for our flagship location in Beverly Hills, CA. ( The golden Triangle) 440 N Canon Dr. Beverly Hills, CA 90210 This is a part-time and full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include assisting and engaging customers with an emphasis on luxury service, developing strong client relationships to ensure retention, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism, and providing tailored solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction. Prepare Lookbooks to forward clients on new collections and drops per calendar year, text clients photos from the boutique and follow up with online orders and drop shipments to clients. Additionally The Client Advisor will also represent the brand's values and ensure a premium shopping experience for all clientele.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience selling Luxury fashion
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, developing relationships
- Have a strong awareness of the luxury fashion market
- Familiarity with handling shipment to clients drop shipped or messenger to clients
- Passion for fashion and high-end luxury retail is preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and customer needs with a focus on relationship building
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- booking appointments for in store shipping experiences
- Have had previous experience in other star brand luxury retailers a plus
- understanding the design development process and how to utilize for selling
- manage pos system and prepare inventory seasonally
