Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Business professional attire
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Exceptional follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to manage customer interactions and sales efficiently.
A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required — we’ll support you every step of the way in obtaining one!
What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Sales Agent at BTS Insurance, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers secure reliable coverage. Your core responsibilities include:
Selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and returning clients
Offering additional products such as homeowners and health insurance (when applicable) to maximize value and earnings
Building lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and expert guidance
Expanding your expertise in the insurance industry with ongoing training and support
Growing your income through performance-based incentives and product bundling opportunities
