Role Description
This part-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative is based in East Syracuse, NY. The representative will handle daily customer service responsibilities, deliver exceptional customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, updating customer accounts, and making appointments for the agent.
