ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Run daily CMM inspections. Make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform first piece inspections from the CNC Dept.
- Perform tensile testing.
- Perform spectrometer testing.
- Do Romer scans & overlays.
- Perform x-ray inspections.
- Layout parts for PPAP.
- Participate in GR&R studies.
- Do capability studies.
- Assist in maintaining calibration system.
- Become a backup for sand lab testing.
