Service Coordinator

Job Purpose
The Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting Bremer Jewelry’s guests with the service and repair of their jewelry while providing an excellent guest experience.
Deliverables
- Builds guest confidence through knowledge and excellent guest service.
- Provide accurate inspection, take-in, scheduling and follow up for guest repair services.
- Assists guests with jewelry purchases
- Exercises independent judgment in carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years retail experience is preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, prioritization and organization skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
Required
- Regular attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
- Stand and maneuver around sales floor and guest service area; operate register; lift and carry 30 pounds; clean and display merchandise
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Potential annual earnings for this position are $40,000 - $70,000.
