Responsibilities:
- Multitask in a fast paced physically demanding environment
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Support 5S standards
- Perform process and line troubleshooting
- Ability to check paint thinkness utilizing a Delta Scope
- Ability to adjust flow graduation on spray guns
- Understand the difference between light spray, heavy spray, and splattering
- Other duties
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Must be shift flexible!
Experience preferred:
- Manufacturing or Automitive but not required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and blueprints
- Ability to pass background and drugscreen
Work Conditions:
- Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
- Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds as well as standing, bending and twisting.
- Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed work boots.
