ISO9001 Management Rep-Internal Auditor-Assistant-Part Time

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Internal QMS Auditor to join our team. As an Internal QMS Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Quality Management System and compliance with ISO9001 standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in internal quality auditing and ISO9001 certification to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
This part time position as an ISO9001 Management Rep is responsible to maintain certified status of the company by performing the required QMS-Quality Management System activities internally through the year. It is also responsible to work with the outside auditor during the annual audit to conform to ISO9001 requirements.

• Perform internal audits of processes and procedures.
• Yearly customer and vendor assessments.
• Update Quality System Manual to conform to current standards.
• Also includes statistical analysis and preparation of results for review.
• Maintain Calibration system for Certified Equipment.
• Maintain CAR Log, and document control system. Resolve open CAR’s.
• Quarterly MRM-Management Review Meetings will be scheduled; content prepared prior to meeting, and minutes kept and recorded of the meeting.

Once per year an external auditor will visit the company to evaluate conformance to ISO 9001 standards and record keeping. This position will work with the auditor during both Surveillance Audits and Assessments. It will also be responsible to respond to any Non-conformance or observations found during the annual audit and implement corrective action.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues with our QMS and propose effective solutions
- Solid understanding of Quality Systems, ISO9001 concepts, certification, and principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
