What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position at Breinholt Anderson Insurance Consultants?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our producers and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role is responsible for servicing accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, marketing and quoting renewals, processing policy changes, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in commercial coverages. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines, and collaborating with carriers and internal team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Property & Casualty Arizona resident insurance license required.
- Minimum of 5 years Property & Casualty Commercial insurance experience preferred.
- Familiarity with and understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance coverage lines.
- Knowledge of computer operations including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Google and familiarity and/or experience with Applied Systems software preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and use proper grammar in English.
- Ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, correspondence, memos, and technical procedures and the ability to write business correspondence.
- Strong ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workflow.
- Ability to process a high volume of work under tight production turnaround times.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
