Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor patients during therapies, noting any changes or concerns
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments
- Support the care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications
- Manage patient documentation accurately, including medical history and progress notes
- Support acute pain management strategies and trigger point therapy sessions under supervision
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging relevant to chiropractic care
- Assist with knowledge
Skills
- Experience with patient observation, assessment and therapies
- Knowledge of pain management techniques including trigger point therapy and acute pain management
