Position Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for the strategic management of people, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training and development initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience working with multiple locations in multiple states preferred
SHRM Certified
5 years of experience in Human Resources
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
Experience with ATS & LMS platforms and e-learning tools preferred.
Core Competencies
Familiarity with industrial products and services (motors, pumps, compressors, cranes, robotics/automation) preferred.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and operations leaders.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Data-driven decision-making with proven ability to link training outcomes to business performance.
Hands-on leadership style, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
Initiative and ingenuity—able to execute a plan with intent and self-drive projects to completion.
