The Sales/Customer Service duties involve making brief, winning sales pitches over the phone to prospective customers, utilizing marketing materials and bundling products to fit the customer’s needs. Handling inbound customer service calls, market calls, advertising sales and more. Ideal qualities for this position include a patient and pleasant demeanor, since exceptional customer service and quality sales presentations are the pinnacle of success at our company. A willingness to go the extra mile and remain flexible is essential. Lastly, the ideal candidate will provide quality communication in manner of speech, remaining cognizant to customer marketing solutions!
As a member of the team, you will focus on selling advertising space within the company’s products (newspapers and magazines) and bundling services to extend the greatest marketing opportunities to our customers.
