Requirements
- Maintains assigned cash register and bank per shift.
- Responsible for serving and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standards for guests.
- Understands and adheres to all rules and regulations pertaining to the department.
- Maintains a clean work station.
- Restocks beer coolers and other bar supplies.
- Attends all mandatory meetings and trainings.
- Previous bartending experience and cash handling is helpful.
- Knowledgeable about drink ingredients/mixtures.
- Knowledgeable with current alcohol laws.
- Excellent time management, organizational, public relations and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
