What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Cleaner position at Breezy Maids Co.?
Janitorial Cleaning for Car Dealerships in Mckinney Tx. This is a night job. 8pm when they close for between 2-4 hours. Depending on how large the show room floor is the requirements would be to be able to have experience in Deep Cleaning. Not light dusting. This is a Commercial Cleaning Company and we expect the best of the best.
Janitors with prior experience in Commercial Cleaning Large Space. Letter of Recommendations, and as well as Prior Job information for background checks is required. 1 day training for experienced cleaners. Men and Women apply!
Job Duties:
Mop, know how to use Show Room Floor Machinery to make the floors shiny.
Dust and clean all office spaces.
Bathrooms, Toilets, Restock Toilet Paper.
Take out trash of all trash cans.
Vacuum if necessary. (Bring this with you always just in case).
There could be more to the Job Duties. Experienced Janitors only.
It is $25.00 per hr. 5 nights per week!
Must be a legal citizen of the United States, and must comply to a background check upon onboarding through this company.
Janitors needed who live nearby highway 75 and can make it to work every evening shift, every week. We do not allow Janitors to skip nights off, or take paid vacations. Maternity Leave is acceptable only if they refer and have a Janitor lined up for this position. It is full time, unexcused tardiness, and no shows will be automatically let go of this position with no return.
There could possibly be 2 car dealerships so hiring is a must to complete full screening before start date.
Janitorial Cleaning Equipment will be provided at the Dealership. Please bring a copy of Drivers License up to date, and Car Insurnace as It will be kept with the company as a copy.
This is a 1099 job, must be eligible to apply!
