We're looking for a leader who can strengthen our operations while protecting what makes our company unique.
As Director of Operations, you'll provide strategic leadership for three operating regions and sixteen car wash locations, partnering with Regional Operations Managers to execute company priorities, develop high-performing leaders, and deliver exceptional results. You'll balance long-term strategy with hands-on leadership, ensuring consistency across the organization while identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
You'll work closely with the Leadership team to translate vision into execution, using data, coaching, and sound judgment to help the organization achieve its Vision and goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop Regional Operations Managers through coaching, accountability, and clear expectations.
- Drive operational performance across multiple markets while achieving key business objectives.
- Partner with Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support company growth.
- Monitor financial performance, labor, customer experience, and key operational metrics.
- Adhere to and improve systems and processes that increase consistency, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships that support company priorities.
- Travel regularly between locations to support Managers and maintain operational and cultural alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of progressive multi-unit operational leadership experience.
- Willingness to learn and commit to current standards and expectations of Breeze Thru.
- Proven success leading culture, performance and People in a multi-location environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing operational metrics and performance.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to influence through trust, develop others, and lead with integrity.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
- Adaptability within established systems while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, restaurant, or other service-based multi-unit operations preferred.
- Car wash industry experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $118,888.10–$187,919.90 annually
