We are currently seeking a part-time project manager to lead complex IT projects and drive success for our clients and team.

Job Summary

As a part-time project manager at Breeze End Technology, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key projects within our IT portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with our strategic objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans and schedules.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and guide cross-functional IT teams from initiation to delivery.
• Stakeholder and Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align project objectives and secure buy-in.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring projects adhere to financial goals.
• Optimize resource allocation, including team members, tools, and budget allocations, to support project objectives.
• Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Proactively address any obstacles or issues.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide feedback and support to drive project success and professional growth.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and post-project evaluations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for review, audits, and future project references.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in the role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
