Interior Repair Technician for Luxury Coaches

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Repair Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of high-end luxury coaches. This role demands expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure exceptional comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate is meticulous, passionate about craftsmanship, and dedicated to delivering top-quality service for luxury coach interiors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC from a trade school or technical program is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in interior maintenance, RV/motorcoach repair, or a related field.
• Proficiency in woodworking, cabinetry, and finishing techniques.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces when necessary.
• Proficiency in woodworking, cabinetry, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, including freshwater and wastewater systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Interior Maintenance & Repair:

• Maintain and service HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control in the coach.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to cabinetry, flooring, and other interior elements.
• Perform carpentry repairs ranging from minor to advanced, including cutting, fitting, and finishing woodwork.
• Troubleshoot and repair interior plumbing systems, such as sinks, toilets, and water lines.

System Inspections & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components associated with lighting, climate control, and entertainment systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they develop into bigger problems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety regulations.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Full-time position with the possibility of overtime depending on workload and customer needs.
• Primarily based on-site in a workshop or service facility, with occasional travel required.
• Flexibility may be needed for emergency repairs or urgent customer requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
