What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water-Jet Operator position at Breeza Industrial?
Breeza Industrial in Utica, NE is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Water-Jet Operator to join our fabrication team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day-shift position with a consistent schedule and opportunities to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience in manufacturing and fabrication.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do
- Operate a water-jet table to cut parts according to specifications
- Use computer software to load and run jobs
- Load and unload materials
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Deburr and clean finished parts
- Perform routine maintenance and general upkeep of the water-jet and related equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow job specifications and pay close attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Previous water-jet experience is not required. Breeza Industrial is willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements and dimensions
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Pride in producing accurate, quality work
- Ability to work safely and keep the work area organized
Experience with calipers or other measuring tools is a plus, as is previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.
