Breeo, a premium outdoor living brand (smokeless fire pits, live-fire grills, furniture and accessories), is seeking an onsite (Lancaster, PA) Director of Wholesale Sales. As the onsite (Lancaster, PA) Director of Wholesale Sales, you will lead the charge in growing Breeo’s wholesale footprint nationally across big box retailers. You will be the primary architect of our wholesale roadmap, responsible for managing existing high-velocity accounts like The Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and more while securing and launching massive new partnerships. This role requires a strategic leader who understands the market and can lead a national sales team with 8 figure revenue goals. Please note, travel is required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, Manage and Be Accountable for Breeo Wholesale Sales Team - Manage the scaling of existing wholesale partners to achieve store count goals and identify and execute retail media spending strategies to support the online sales performance of these wholesale partnerships.
- Retail Partner Relations - Add 2 major nationwide retailers in year 1 at Breeo and expand current store offerings and sell through opportunities for new demographics
- Backend Program Building - Build out a program that ensures each retailer is, merchandised to align with Breeo brand standard, properly stocked with inventory, and retail staff are effectively trained on Breeo products
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with Breeo team and retail partners to identify and execute revenue driving marketing opportunities and organize regional/wholesale specific trade show events
- Wholesale Revenue and Budget Owner - Responsible for Wholesale budget, revenue, marketing and fixed costs. In addition, audit store performance and identify revenue growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Direct Big-Box Experience: A proven track record of working with or selling to major retailers like The Home Depot, Ace Hardware, or Dick’s Sporting Goods.
- Industry Expertise: Deep roots in the outdoor, backyard, or grilling industries with an understanding of seasonal purchase cycles.
- Revenue Driver: Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams toward multi-million dollar revenue goals.
- Operational Fluency: Clear understanding of retail backend systems, program development, inventory management, and cobranded marketing.
- Proven Industry Relationships: Strong wholesale relationships built on trust and success
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
- Commission: Results-driven commission structure tied directly to the achievement of wholesale revenue milestones and store-count expansion targets.
