Breeding Life and Wealth, founded and led by Jenny and Jeramey Breeding, is growing its team and looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a meaningful career helping families protect their financial future.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity where you can work part-time or full-time, receive training and mentorship, and use proven systems to help families find life insurance coverage that fits their needs.
No prior insurance experience is required. An active Life & Health license is preferred, but we can support the right candidate through the licensing process.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance
- Conduct appointments by phone or Zoom
- Learn each client’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Follow up professionally and consistently
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
- Build long-term client relationships through education and service
Who We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
- Willing to learn and follow a proven sales process
- Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License if not currently licensed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a U.S. resident
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
