This is an on-site, part-time position located at the Corporate Office in Irwindale, California. It focuses on efficiently managing order entry, pricing review, and addressing shipping requirements. It involves resolving issues, collaborating across departments, and ensuring efficient problem solving, all while providing effective resolutions to customer concerns through various channels and delivering exceptional customer service, as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Business-to-Business Interface
- This position mostly handles B2B interfacing but will occasionally (5-10% of the time) need to provide B2C service.
- Order entry into our SAP system: inputting, approving, and monitoring orders from customers.
- Review pricing and conduct price audits.
- Understand and handle as needed b2b and b2c shipping requirements.
- Handle any order discrepancies.
- Work with accounting as needed for invoicing needs and chargeback discrepancies on orders.
- Work with cross-functional departments to understand the product shipment cycle and advise customers on product availability.
- Assist customers through websites, and FAQs and offer product solutions.
- Defuse customer concerns and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner.
- Effectively utilize resources to resolve issues independently and escalate when appropriate.
- Problem-solving issues between warehouses and customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails, troubleshooting issues and concerns.
- Other tasks are assigned as needed to support business needs.

Education and Experience
- High School graduate. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 Years’ relevant experience with B2B and B2C interface
- Experience working with ERP and E-commerce Platforms
- Knowledge of SAP, HubSpot, SPS/EDI Commerce, and Batchmaster systems preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
