Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and sensitively with clients
Draft legal documents, including motions, complaints, and orders
Create and maintain case files
Facilitate the meeting of attorneys' deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
Conduct legal research as needed
Track time accurately and consistently at the time that work is performed
Work in person with a team of associate attorneys in a fast-moving team environment
Qualifications:
- Experience as a family law paralegal preferred
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Integrity
- Empathy
- Strong work ethic
- NC Notary or the ability to obtain one immediately if hired
- E-filing experience preferred
- Experience with Clio or similar software

We offer a competitive compensation package including salary, healthcare plan, and a retirement plan with company match. This is a hybrid role based out of our main office in Garner, NC, as well as our other Triangle-area offices.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
