Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, promoting literacy and math skills, and supporting the developmental needs of children aged 4 years. Experience with Montessori methods and working with children with disabilities is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Assess children's development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects the values of our private school setting.
Skills
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience in Montessori methods is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to provide toddler care while promoting independence and self-esteem.
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques to support early reading skills.
