BRECOflex is seeking a high-potential Electro-Mechanical Lead to join our Maintenance team. This role is ideal for an experienced electro-mechanical professional who enjoys working hands-on with industrial equipment and is ready to grow into a leadership role. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while developing the skills needed to advance into supervision or management within the next 2–3 years.
What You’ll Do
- Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and planned work
- Lead and support maintenance technicians, setting expectations for safety, quality, and performance
- Manage preventive maintenance activities using a CMMS
- Troubleshoot industrial equipment quickly and independently to minimize downtime
- Promote a strong safety culture, EHS compliance, and proactive concern-raising
- Ensure the maintenance team has the tools, materials, and support needed for daily operations
- Track and manage maintenance KPIs aligned with department and company goals
- Coach, influence, and develop team members to deliver against business objectives
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supervision)
- 3–5 years in a manufacturing or production environment
- Solid understanding of engineering concepts and maintenance repair methods
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Leadership experience (work, military, or academic)
- Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO 9001 experience
- Background in industrial, packaging, or drive-component manufacturing
- Project management experience
- Experience with data analysis or basic programming
Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
- Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $33/hr –$36/hr (based on experience)
