ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, part time in small newspaper office. Approx. 15 hrs per week with one week off per month. (More hours may be needed during training.) Duties include accounts receivables, invoicing, making deposits, as well as formatting news stories and preparing photos and finalizing page layouts. You will be using several computer programs.
