- Track product quantities, order statuses, and backorders in the system.
- Do regular cycle counts and fix any count that doesn't match.

- Share ideas to improve how the team works and how customers are served.
Skills and Competencies
- Reads and writes clearly — part numbers, specifications, invoices, and customer notes must be accurate.
- Comfortable on a computer: point-of-sale, inventory, email, and supplier lookup systems.
- Genuinely enjoys people — friendly, patient, and welcoming with every customer.
- Enjoys helping customers by phone as much as in person.
- Good with technical problems. This is not a checkout job: you troubleshoot and help customers pick the right
part for the job.
- Able to move between tasks and interruptions without losing accuracy or dropping follow-ups.
- Works well on a team — shares knowledge, covers for teammates, and depends on the group rather than
working solo.
- Trailer knowledge helps but is not required. Willingness to learn the product is required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 lbs, such as axles, jacks, and ramps.
- A few parts weigh more — brake drums reach about 90 lbs. Those are lifted by two people or moved with

- Bend, squat, reach overhead, and use a step ladder to access stock.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather when loading customer vehicles.
