- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and production.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens, knives, and other baking tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related culinary field; previous bakery or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
