Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across multiple commercial properties, including apartment buildings, hotels, condos, elevators, and common areas. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap as needed
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to prevent accidents or contamination
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety during cleaning tasks
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning schedules and quality standards

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies is A plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
