About The Role
As a Procurement & Systems Specialist, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our purchasing and system processes to ensure cost efficiency, supply chain continuity, and data accuracy. You will manage purchase orders, maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), support inventory control, and drive continuous improvement across our operations using your technical expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders accurately and on time
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOM) to reflect product specifications and changes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in ERP and procurement systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Generate and analyze reports on procurement, inventory, and system performance
- Conduct quality audits and support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Keep workspaces organized and maintain stock levels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support projects and share knowledge
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives

Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:
- A Certificate or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or systems management — ideally within a manufacturing or production setting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- A solid understanding of purchasing workflows, supplier management, and inventory processes
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify improvements
- A keen eye for accuracy and data integrity, especially when managing BOMs and system records
- Experience conducting or overseeing quality checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with standards
- A collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
