Safety Trainer (General Industry and Healthcare)
Breathe Safe Environmental - Southern California
Pay: $4,500 – up to $5,000 per month
Bonus: completion bonus paid at the end of the season (attendance required)
Description:
We are a fast-growing company with exciting opportunities for ambitious individuals. Our team of trainers are the best in the industry! They provide on-site training to various clients in Southern California, Northern California, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.
Breathe Safe Environmental is hiring seasonal Safety Trainers based in the Los Angeles area to support our busiest period from March through June. This role includes providing on-site training on how to use respiratory protection safely and correctly.
This position requires regular travel within Southern California and periodic travel to Northern California, including 3-4 week stays when needed.
No prior experience or industry knowledge is required. Paid training is provided.
Strong performers may be considered for permanent positions after the season, based on business needs.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Providing respiratory protection and general safety training
- Educating employees on proper use, care, and safety procedures
- Completing required documentation for services rendered
- Traveling to client locations throughout Southern California and Northern California
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable speaking with groups of people
- Willing to learn and follow training procedures
- Passion for working with people
- Must have a reliable vehicle and working cell phone
- Able and willing to travel extensively, including overnight travel
Schedule & Travel:
- Full-time hours during March–June
- Shifts may vary (day, night, overtime, weekends as needed)
- Travel outside Southern California required
Important Notes:
- This is a seasonal position with full-time work during the season
- Continued employment after June is not guaranteed
