Breathe Easy Mold Remediation is seeking a high-level Mold / Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Inspector who communicates with clarity, operates with professionalism, and takes full ownership of every client interaction.
This is not a checkbox inspection role.

What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties for:
- Mold growth
- Water intrusion
- Moisture-related conditions
- Identify moisture sources using:
- Moisture meters
- Hygrometers
- Infrared cameras
- Other diagnostic tools
- Collect air and surface samples following industry protocols
- Document findings with clear notes, photos, and measurements
- Prepare professional mold assessment reports, including:
- Findings
- Interpretation
- Clear remediation protocols
- Review and interpret laboratory results
- Communicate findings confidently with homeowners, contractors, and property and outbound. call Doctors, Plumbers, Realtors, Contractors, Home Inspectors
- Maintain compliance with licensing, and industry best practices
- Manage inspection scheduling and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain and calibrate all inspection equipment
Compensation & Schedule
- Base pay uncapped commission

Qualifications
- 2 years in mold inspection, home inspection, restoration, or IAQ services
- IICRC, ACAC, or similar certifications preferred (not required with strong experience)
- Strong understanding of:
- Building construction
- Moisture intrusion
- Indoor air quality principles
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
