What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Entry Level Medical Data Entry position at Breathe Easy Medical, Inc.?
Our busy medical supply company is growing and we are currently in need of another receptionist / entry level clerk due to a recent internal promotion of our current receptionist. You must be a detailed-oriented person with strong organizational and follow-through skills and have a positive attitude. This fast-paced position requires the ability to balance daily/ongoing administrative responsibilities while providing a positive customer experience - handling issues and solving problems in a professional manner and consistent with the company's service policies. This person must be good on the phone, clear communication skills, a quick learner, and flexible. The candidate must be a person of high integrity and comfortable with a position that requires a quick study and adaptability. Medial office or insurance verification a huge plus. We are willing to train the right person.
Our office is a dynamic atmosphere where learning is always happening. We offer a very competitive starting pay ($14.00- $17.00) depending on experience, a 40-hour (M-F) work week and a very competitive benefits package including health and 401(k) plans.
