We’re hiring a fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT – Texas) who wants to do high-quality work with motivated clients—without carrying the weight of running a business.

🧠 Who This Is For
You’re a strong clinical therapist who:
Loves working with trauma and deeper healing work
Enjoys couples therapy and relational repair
Wants to grow clinically and be around other skilled clinicians
Preferred Training:
IFS, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (parts-based/trauma work)
Gottman Method or EFT (couples work)
💰 Compensation & Flexibility
60/40 split (you keep 60%)
Typical session range: $90–$138 per session
Estimated annual earnings: $76,500 – $103,500
Flexible hybrid schedule (in-office telehealth)
Furnished office full administrative support
🌱 Growth Support
$400/year CEU reimbursement (for clinicians maintaining 25 sessions/week)
Encouragement toward advanced training (IFS, EMDR, Gottman)
