Full Time Mover

We are looking for a reliable, experienced mover to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of professional moving experience, knows how to properly protect and wrap furniture, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work.

This is a daily, Monday–Friday position for someone dependable who is ready to work consistently and be part of a professional team.

Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, carry, and transport furniture and household/business items

Properly wrap and protect furniture using moving blankets, shrink wrap, stretch wrap, and other materials

Lift and carry items weighing up to 150 lbs

Safely maneuver large, heavy, and awkward items

Load and organize moving trucks efficiently

Protect customers’ homes, floors, walls, doors, and belongings during moves

Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team

Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers

Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards

Perform other moving-related duties as needed

Requirements

2–3 years of professional moving experience

Strong knowledge of proper furniture wrapping and protection techniques

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 150 lbs

Must be physically capable of performing demanding work throughout the day

Must be comfortable working in hot and cold weather conditions

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Must be available Monday–Friday

Must be willing to work until the job is completed; finish times may vary

Must be willing to work overtime when business demand requires it

Experience driving large box trucks is a major plus

Professional attitude and good customer-service skills

Must be dependable and ready to report to work daily

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving 16–26 ft. box trucks

Experience with residential and/or commercial moves

Experience with packing, loading, unloading, and furniture protection

Clean driving record is preferred for candidates who will operate company vehicles
