Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Vending Operation Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and inventory control, along with a commitment to maintaining safety standards and optimizing efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring that our e-commerce operations run smoothly and that all materials are handled effectively.

Duties

• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and management of stock levels.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
• Manage materials handling procedures, including receiving, storing, and distribution of products.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in warehouse operations and equipment use.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a distribution center environment is a must.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
