The Director, Commercial Route to Market will lead the design of Breakthru Beverage’s strategic Route-to-Market (RTM). This role includes the ongoing analysis of our customer needs and ensuring our sales and sales support resources are aligned to drive optimal growth and value to our customers. In addition to the ongoing evaluation of our RTM, this role will plan a key supporting role in any strategic acquisitions. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining tools to optimize our cost to serve and effectiveness of our selling teams.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full evaluation and assessment of BBG’s current RTM
- Establish BBG’s RTM performance standards and track and measure against realization of those standards
- Develop cost-to-serve models as a key input into RTM designs
- Deploy and analyze ongoing voice of customer surveys to ensure RTM is delivering against customer needs
- Innovates & implements against sales and sales support team design to ensure optimal effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with Supplier Business Development and leadership on future supplier partnership opportunities or strategic acquisitions
- Leads strategic RTM design for any future M&A integrations or key supplier changes
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in related area
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Strategy or a related function
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple reporting systems (e.g. WEBI/BOBJ, PowerBI, Connected Excel)
- Advanced technical computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint especially)
- Demonstrated business acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to provide relevant, actionable, data-driven advice to management.
- Must be results oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, passion for problem solving and strong diagnostic skills.
- Ability to think critically, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- The ability to work independently and/or with a team, and a consultative and customer-oriented approach to work.
- Must be attentive to detail, and able to reconcile multiple databases to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to see projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business or a related field
- CFA a plus
- Experience with beverage alcohol, consumer package goods, or business intelligence or consulting services

Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.
Compensation
- $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 Salary Range
- 25% Annual Bonus
