We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Rochester, MN team.
Position OverviewThe BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for clients, provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure treatment effectiveness. This role is ideal for a clinician who values teamwork, continuous learning, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and feedback to behavior technicians and RBTs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure ethical and professional compliance with BACB guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience conducting assessments and writing individualized treatment plans.
