Join Our Team as a Plumbing Foreman / Lead Plumber at Breakthrough MEP – Denver Metro (On-site)
Breakthrough MEP is a growing commercial plumbing contractor specializing in multifamily, hospitality, and light commercial construction. We’re hiring a Working Plumbing Foreman to lead crews, maintain production, and deliver high-quality installations on active jobsites in the Denver Metro area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced plumber who can run a crew, read plans, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily commercial plumbing installation work
- Supervise helpers, apprentices, and subcontract labor
- Read construction plans and specifications
- Plan daily tasks and keep crews productive
- Coordinate materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
- Perform quality checks to ensure code compliance
- Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce PPE requirements
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and GCs
- Provide daily documentation and photos (Procore preferred)
What We're Looking For
✔ 5 years of plumbing construction experience
✔ Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader. We will also consider strong Lead Plumbers or Journeyman Plumbers who are ready to grow into a Foreman role
✔ Experience with multifamily, apartment, hotel, or commercial construction projects
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate crews on site
✔ Ability to manage daily production, schedules, and job site workflow
✔ Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and job site safety practices
✔ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
✔ Experience using Procore or similar construction management software preferred
✔ Journeyman plumbing license or ability to obtain within 6 months required
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines
⭐ Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
