The Role
We're hiring an Operations & Business Support Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, follows through without being asked, and genuinely enjoys making systems work better.
What You'll Do
- Manage files, records, and documentation across digital and physical systems
- Provide light bookkeeping support using QuickBooks
- Handle scheduling, office supplies, vendor coordination, and admin tasks
- Support client documentation, CRM maintenance, and follow-up tracking
- Identify and implement small process improvements using available tools
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5 years in administrative support, office management, or operations
- Are proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
- Have experience with QuickBooks, CRM, or administrative systems (or are eager to learn)
- Hold a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
