- Recruiting and managing affiliates
- Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers and celebrities
- Structuring lucrative commission programs
- Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships
- Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance
- Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms

Compensation
Salary range: $50,000 to $100,000 based on experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred
- Proven track record with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers or celebrity partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Performance-driven mindset
- Must be able to work full-time in office
