Position Overview:

As Director of Therapy, you will oversee therapy services for home health patients, ensure regulatory compliance, and train and develop a high-performing team. You’ll shape therapy programs, implement best practices, and collaborate with nursing and leadership to deliver outstanding care. During staffing transitions, you’ll step in for occasional patient visits (paid per visit) to maintain continuity. This role is perfect for a visionary Physical Therapist who thrives in leadership and wants to grow with a dynamic agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct therapy operations for home health patients (PT, OT, PTA).
- Develop protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and train therapy staff on compliance and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care.
- Monitor OASIS accuracy and Medicare compliance.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of therapy staff.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Missouri.
- Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in home health or rehab.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare guidelines, and therapy documentation.
