Compensation
On Target Earnings: $70,000 – $115,000
Compensation includes:
- Performance pay per inspection set
- Bonuses for closed deals
- Monthly performance incentives

Training & Growth
We provide a 2 Week structured training program where you will learn:
- Door-to-door communication
- Sales fundamentals
- Roofing and storm damage basics
- Appointment setting systems
After completing the training ramp, you will move into full earning potential.
Promotion opportunities are available every 6–12 months into:
- Sales Closer
- Team Leader
- Territory Manager
