The Role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing & Creative Manager who is equal parts strategist, brand steward, and creative leader. This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane — you'll be expected to set the vision, lead a team, and get your hands dirty when it counts.
You'll own the full marketing and creative function at Breakthrough Broker — driving campaigns that generate awareness and demand, maintaining and evolving a brand that real estate professionals trust, and managing a team of marketers and creatives who look to you for direction, feedback, and inspiration. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with leadership, sales, and product to ensure everything we put into the world looks great, sounds right, and actually moves the needle.

What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across email, content, social, paid, SEO, and events
- Lead the planning and execution of high-priority campaigns from brief through delivery — owning timelines, budgets, and outcomes
- Translate business objectives into marketing initiatives with clear goals, KPIs, and measurement plans
- Identify growth opportunities and test new channels, formats, and strategies with a data-informed approach
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly and report on ROI and performance to leadership
Creative Leadership & Production
- Support the creative process from concept to delivery — setting a high bar for quality and originality across all creative output
- Provide clear, actionable creative direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creatives
- Oversee production of marketing materials, including digital assets, email templates, landing pages, video, and print collateral
- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when additional capacity or specialty skills are needed
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketers and creatives — setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and championing their development
- Build a high-performance team culture defined by collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence
- Establish efficient workflows, processes, and tools that help the team do their best work without unnecessary friction
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to develop enablement materials, campaigns, and messaging that support the pipeline and conversion
- Partner with product on go-to-market strategy, feature launches, and in-product messaging
- Serve as the internal expert on our audience — understanding the real estate professional deeply and making sure that perspective informs everything we create
Brand Strategy & Evolution
- Own and evolve Breakthrough Broker's brand identity — visual standards, voice and tone, messaging hierarchy, and overall market positioning
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines that scale across channels, formats, and team members
- Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint — from product UI copy to social posts to sales decks
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years managing a team of marketers and/or creatives
- Proven ability to lead brand strategy and drive measurable marketing results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor — you know what looks good and you know how to prove it's working
- Experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through measurement
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can write sharp copy yourself and make others' writing better
- A natural leader who gives clear direction, develops talent, and creates an environment where creative people do their best work
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Proficiency with marketing tools across email, CRM, analytics, social, and project management
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or marketing to real estate professionals is a strong plus
- A portfolio or examples of work that demonstrate both creative quality and strategic thinking
Schedule
This is a hybrid position with a set in-office schedule:
- In office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (required)
- Remote: Tuesday, Friday

Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
