The Role
We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Sales & Account Management Associate to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience across sales, account management, and SaaS technology -working directly alongside our Sales Director, Senior Business Development Officer, and Account Manager to support the full sales cycle and ensure every new client has an exceptional experience from close through adoption. You'll own the communication and coordination between signed agreements and fully onboarded clients, support the sales team with prospecting and demo prep, and help keep deals moving. Schedule
This is a hybrid position with a set in-office schedule:
- In office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (required)
- Remote: Tuesday, Friday
What You'll Do
Sales Support
- Build and maintain outbound lead lists through research, database tools, and prospecting resources
- Conduct prospective research to help the sales team prioritize and personalize outreach
- Support pre-demo preparation, including platform testing, materials prep, and account setup
- Handle post-demo and post-close follow-up communications to keep deals moving
- Maintain accurate CRM records - contacts, activity logs, pipeline updates, and notes
Client Communication & Close-to-Onboarding Coordination
- Own the communication bridge between signed agreements and fully launched clients
- Prepare and send onboarding documentation and welcome communications
- Coordinate account setup and configuration, making sure clients are ready to go before their launch date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the onboarding phase
- Escalate client issues quickly and follow through until they're resolved
90-Day Client Adoption
- Support new clients through their first 90 days on the platform
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are getting value from the platform and hitting key milestones
- Identify clients who may be struggling and proactively loop in the right team members
- Gather client feedback during the adoption period and share insights internally to improve the onboarding experience
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Comfortable with technology - CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and modern workplace software
- Proactive, self-directed, and eager to learn
- Team-first attitude with a whatever-it-takes approach
