We are seeking to fill an immediate position for Project Manager.

Position Summary/Purpose

Create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our cleaning and restoration services.

Exceed established standards of production performance through continuous process improvement and training, and development of production staff.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed division targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed division targets for COGS and Direct Labor
  • Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of restoration services.
  • Coordinate/assist Project Managers with scheduling of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors
  • Assist in scheduling jobs and oversee project efficiency
  • Create work orders
  • Maintain timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration.
  • Review job estimates
  • Prepare job contracts
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and discharging Service Technicians
  • Monitor production efficiencies and payroll
  • Review job costing on completed work


Additional Duties And Responsibilities

  • Attend and assist in conducting company meetings
  • Communicate with customers and conduct in-home inspections as needed
  • Attend trade seminars and workshops


Decision Rights and Authority

  • Schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance within established budget
  • Schedule service vehicles and technicians
  • Provide input to and assist in development of strategic goals


Working Relationships and Scope

  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers on schedules, manpower, and project profitability
  • Work with Estimators to review and oversee job estimates
  • Work with Operations Manager in hiring and discharging of restoration division personnel

  • Planning and Organizing – Understands the short-term priorities for the Operations Department and fits with the other departments. Coordinates plans with other managers.
  • Constructive Confrontation – Has the ability to solicit process and integrate inputs and ideas from subordinates, peers, and executives. Recognizes areas of conflict or disagreement, and deals with them through open and honest dialogue. Effectively provides feedback.
  • Dependability – The individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
  • Technology – The individual regularly uses standard word processing and spreadsheet software tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy of work performed. Effectively uses communication devices and technology to collect, review, and forward field activity reporting. Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Education and Experience


High school diploma (or GED), plus four (4) to five (5) years of experience in the cleaning/restoration industry or associate (2-year) degree in business-related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in cleaning/restoration industry. Team leader or supervisory responsibility experience preferred.

  • Financial Reports and Budgeting


Basic understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Technical Skills


Advanced technical skills, experience and certification in the restoration services the company provides.

  • Mathematical Skills


Adequate math skills – Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.

  • Computer Skills


Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.

  • Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Position Summary/Purpose

Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime following property damage.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses
  • Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects
  • Plan and execute projects to completion
  • Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects
  • Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration
  • Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with scheduler
  • Track equipment used on company jobs
  • Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services
  • Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
  • Write job estimates
  • Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties – including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.
  • Perform property inspections and complete reports

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Education and Experience


High school diploma (or GED) plus three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing construction or restoration projects and supervising crews. Associate (2 year) degree or bachelor’s (4 year) degree in business or construction management preferred. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or restoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor and profitability.

Understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Proficient technical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of service the company provides.

Working Conditions

  • The work of this position is predominantly carried out in a shop or job site environment. Daily exposure to the shop where vehicles and equipment are housed and maintained is expected. Employee will encounter facilities where standing water and sewage are present, heat is unavailable due to lack of utilities, fire damage has occurred, and mold or other organic growth exists.
  • Noise level in the work environment is moderate to high
