Wraparound Habilitation services for children ages 6-17.
part-time position: 6-20 hrs per week.
CONTRACTED PAY- $25/hr. paid weekly! Remote FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT allows for employees to make their own schedule.
Employees are expected to...
- Habilitation workers- meet one on one with the child. 1-2 times per week. 2-3 hrs per session. Work on the strategies developed by the team located in the plan of care.
- Family Support and Training (FST)- one on one with the parent. 1-2 times a week 2-3 hrs per visit. Address the strategies for the child, assist with community resources, support and advocacy for family, and training the parent how to address child behaviors on an ongoing basis after services are closed in a positive manner.
- Attend clinical staffing for 1 hr. every two wks.
- Attend FTMs (Family Team Meetings) monthly, the meetings generally last 1 hr. and typically are on the normal visit days.
- Employees are provided mileage.
- Complete required trainings to remain certified. (10 CEU training hrs per year )
- Have/obtain car insurance
- 2 years working with children with SED ( serious emotional disturbances)
- CPR certification
PLUS
**Already have wraparound certification and/or completed training within the last yr provided by DMHA**
**Located in surrounding county**
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
